I would like to know if the SARC has any amateur radio members that are also hobbyists in tuning OTA TV (aka a TV dxer) ??  The person would need a Windows based computer and a DTV tuner connected to the PC, and then connected to an outside TV antenna.

 

I am an independent DTV data analyst and am working on updating the DTV broadcast listings for the San Antonio TV market-

I typically use the program TSReader that collects the broadcast data to update TV listings on the website. IF you have any members that are *tech type* persons and would have this kind of ability/equipment, I would like to talk to them. I can get the correct person a FREE download of the TSReader program to use on their computer.
