Locked Help needed to locate someone from the past

Bill Craft

I was seeking info about a ham I knew back in 1993 to 1994  His name was Bill he lived on the near north side of San Antonio. He was in a wheel chair and had a big 2 meter antenna at some property of his at Canyon Lake also a smaller one in San Antonio. At the time I was living in La Vernia and did some work on his house after a fire. I lost contact with him in about 6 years later when I moved to Arkansas. He was very active on 2 and 20 meters . I know it's not much to go on but might you remember what became of him?

Hello,

It's a pain to write and let you know that WX5W has gone home.

I attended his memorial service about three years ago, if memory serves correctly.

Bill and I were friends and loved contesting.

I'm sorry to be the one to let you know.

Ex N5WSW, now W5JX.
