Subject: [STXDXCC] QRV for V31MX

I will be departing for Caye Caulker, Belize (NA-073) on 25 July, call
will be V31MX and will depart the morning of 1 Aug.
Due to airline weight limits, SSN number be low and the few antennas that
I'll be able to put up my plan is to try and be up late in the afternoon
of the 25th.
Since the only band that seems to be open is 20 meters I will be on CW
around 14.025 and SSB around 14260 to 14280 except during the IOTA
contest. If 17 opens I'll be on the low end of the CW and SSB band and
for 15 meters 21260. But at this time it does not look like there will be
much of opening on these bands.
