Received an innocent email from Bob's flash.net email account, claiming that he needed me to do a favor for him.

Nothing suspicious there, right? Bob never sends out emails asking for favors. He seldom even asks for favors because he's usually the one doing the favors. Anyway, here's the chain of emails, with the usual "Don't contact me by phone, because I left my phone at home. But, I'm traveling out of the country and I'm trying to help somebody, so I need you to buy me a gift card" line of BS. Just look at the structure of the language being used. This is not Bob's language. Quote..... "I am unavailable over the phone as I forgot my cell phone at home, I am here with my iPad. I just needed to get a Visa Gift Card for a friend who is down with cancer of the Liver, it's her birthday today but I can't do this now because I am traveling to Elizabeth islands.My effort purchasing it online proved abortive and also declining my card, can you please get it from any store around you for me? I'll reimburse you immediately when I get back. Kindly let me know if you can handle this so I can tell you the amount and how to get it to me.
