November 7th - All Area Hams -  Universal City Veterans Day Parade - Radio Operators and assistants needed to assist Universal City Police and Public Works shutting intersections on Pat Booker Rd. just prior to the parade and re-opening the intersection once the parade passes. 
Time: 0830 Universal City Police Department - briefing and assignments - coffee and donuts! 
           1030 - Parade Start usually done by noon
           Breakfast/Lunch at a Local restaurant. after.

November 7th - GVARC - Lead - open to all area hams. - Tour de Greune
Bike event in Gruene Texas

December 5th - River Run at Los Caminos Naturales - AERC
Hill Country REACT Lead - Area Hams invited to participate.
Equestrian Endurance Event at the Land Heritage Institute off 1604 and Applewhite Rd.

December 5th and 6th - Rock N' Roll Marathon
Assisting with clock setting and route montitoring.

December 12th - REACT and All area Hams - Sattler Christmas Parade - staging of parade participants.
10 - 15 operators needed to assist with this.
Breakfast at the Startz Cafe at 0600
Staging Assignments and Briefing: 0800
Parade Start: 1000 - usually done by noon.

January 9th and 10th - All Regional Hams - Bandera 100K - Hill Country State Natural Area
900 plus participants.  20 - 25 operators needed.
