Updating address/fix typo on FCC
Esmeralda V
I need to update my address to the FCC and correct the misspelling of my name. Does anybody know if I have to fill out a form 605? And is my call sign = the FCC Registration Number? By the way, this is why I have not changed my address or the typo all these years. This should not be so complicated!

Esmeralda, I will contact you directly re this. When errors are on your initial license, so,etimes we can get the VEC to correct it without using a 605. The FRN is a number on your license, not your call sign. If anyone else has similar questions, feel free to contact me at hamtest@.... If anyone out there wants to serve on our VE team, give me a shout as well. 73, Pat Knight AD5BR
