Looks like some SA Hams need to call their City Council person and express concerns, and have a clarification added to exempt FCC Licensed Operators, much as they did with the school zone Ordinance.

The ordinance is supposed to prevent internet texting, websurfing, watching movies, etc., using mobile phones. What can we do to assure that this dragnet ordinance doesn't inadvertently catch radio amateurs?
