Bob,

Underground cables has some major advantages:

Lower receiver noise

Extends cable life

Wiring hidden from neighbors

Etc…

 

Don’t forget to install cable Pull  wire. (Twice the pipe length)

I am thinking to do something similar, but running cable underground after conduit exits the external wall.
