The General License question pool will be released in January 2007, but
doesn't take effect until July 1st 2007.

They release the pool of questions early so folks who don't plan on taking
the test until then, can study using the correct test questions.

What you are studying on QRZ.com will be in effect until July 1, 2007, so
keep studying.
