I just paid the 2019 dues via the paypal link on the website. Very seamless and easy to use.

The only suggestion for improvement that I can make, is that there is no comment field or other means to identify who the renewal was for. 

In my case, my family renewal includes my extra wife, Pat AD5BR, son David KD5MTJ, and myself N5NTG. But I could not enter that info.

But other than that issue, it was a great improvement over previous years and clubs.
